How does it work?
We use silver in its nano-particle state, specially formed by our proprietary system. This makes the nano-particle silver more effective at killing odor causing bacteria than regular silver.
Some companies have tried similar methods by either simply threading silver which is too expensive or spraying silver particles onto the fabrics which tend to wash off the fabric after only a few uses.
We’ve solved both these problems. Rather than threading silver, we use our specially designed silver nano-particles which dramatically reduces the amount of silver needed to produce desired affects.
Will the silver particles wash off the socks?
Using our proprietary treatment process, we have tested our socks vigorously by putting them through 50 wash cycles and found no difference in their performance.
We have tested these same socks with a Scanning Electron Microscope to confirm that our Silver Nano-Particles adhered to our specially designed fabrics and found no difference between the socks that were washed 50 times, and the socks that were not washed at all.

What is your shipping policy?
We make every effort to ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays.)
- Standard ground shipping is $4.99 per address.
- Overnight shipping is available for $14.99 (Order by noon Monday-Friday to receive orders next business day)
- No International Orders at this time.

What is your policy on discounts and offers?

What are the proper washing instructions for my socks?
For best results, launder inside out. Machine wash cold and tumble dry normal. Do not bleach and do not iron.
How do I sell NanoGuard products?

You have the right to exchange or return all products bought from www.nanoguard.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be unused with original labels and sealed packaging. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your valid return, we will process your exchange or refund request. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse the return or to impose different or additional conditions.
How to Return
Contact us and state your order number, which product you wish to return and the reason for the return. If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.
Package your product in their original packaging with your purchase receipt or invoice and return authorization number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged item, or the wrong item was sent to you in error, please email or contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to let us know about the issue and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.
Products that May not Be Returned
Products evidencing wear, misuse or alteration or salesman samples may not be returned. We cannot refund a purchase made at a retail store.
